Head of BNPB Suharyanto said that most of the deaths came from North Sumatra, namely 116 people.Then there are 42 people still being searched for.
Then in the Aceh region, 25 people died due to floods and landslides and 25 other people are still missing.

Furthermore, for the West Sumatra region, said Suharyanto, 23 people died.Then 12 other people are still being searched for.
“These three provinces have relatively large disasters, even though compared to North Sumatra, Aceh and West Sumatra, these are relatively mild. But that doesn’t mean it’s light compared to North Sumatra, Aceh,” he said.

Death toll: 116 people
Missing victims: 42 people
The details:
– North Tapanuli: 11 people
– Central Tapanuli: 47 people
– South Tapanuli: 32 people
– Sibolga City: 17 people
– Humbang Haunjungan: 6 people
– Padang Sidempuan City: 1 person
– Pakpak Bharat: 2 people
The number of refugees is more than 3,800 heads of families (KK)

– North Tapanuli 600 families
– Central Tapanuli 1,100 families
– South Tapanuli 250 families
– Sibolga City 200 families
– Humbang Haunjungan 150 families
– Mandailing Christmas 1,500 families
Aceh Province
Death toll: 25 people
Missing victims: 25 people
Most of the victims came from Bener Meriah, Southeast Aceh and Central Aceh.
Data collection is still ongoing in a number of areas such as East Aceh, Aceh Singkil and North Aceh.
Number of refugees: 4,846 families in a number of districts/cities
West Sumatra Province
Death toll: 23 people Missing: 12 people
Spread across several areas such as Padang Panjang, Tanah Datar, Agam, Padang City, and West Pasaman.
Number of refugees: 3,900 families in a number of districts/cities
