Corruption Eradication Committee Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said that investigators in the past week have intensively examined a number of witnesses for the suspect, Main Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik (DNRL).
The examination includes examining social assistance distribution practices in the field, whether or not they are in accordance with the employment contract.

“This pretrial also does not stop the ongoing investigation process,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when confirmed, Monday (24/11).
Budi believes that the single judge at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) will reject or at least state that he will not accept the pretrial of the two brothers of the founder of the Perindo Party, Hary Tanoesoedibjo .
Because, he mentioned that the judge in the first pre-trial had stated that the entire process of handling the case, including determining Rudy Tanoe as a suspect, was legal and met formal aspects.
“The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as the respondent certainly respects the constitutional rights of suspects who have submitted a pre-trial application,” he added.
Rudy Tanoe is being prosecuted for alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance involving the Ministry of Social Affairs and PT Dosni Roha Logistik.
Overall, the KPK named a total of three people and two corporations as suspects.The Corruption Eradication Commission has not revealed the identities of the suspects.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has banned four people from traveling abroad with the initials ES, BRT, KJT and HER (HT).
The letter of prohibition or prohibition from going abroad was issued on August 12 2025, valid for the next six months.
Based on the information gathered, the four people who were prevented from traveling abroad were Expert Staff to the Minister of Social Affairs for Change and Social Dynamics Edi Suharto (formerly Director General of Social Empowerment & Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs).Then Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo.
Next are the Main Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik for 2018-2022 Kanisius Jerry Tengker and the Operational Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik for 2021-2024 Herry Tho.
These names were previously summoned by investigators for examination.
