It is known that today there are three suspects being questioned, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauzia Tyassuma or doctor Tifa.
“Currently the investigation has been completed, the suspects have given statements, after this we have allowed the three suspects to return to their respective homes,” said Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Iman Imanuddin to journalists, Thursday (13/12).

Iman said the reason investigators did not detain Roy Suryo cs was because they presented witnesses and mitigating experts
“The three suspects presented experts and lightening witnesses. Of course, in this case, we as investigators must maintain balance, information and information so that the law enforcement process is fair and balanced,” he said.
“We will confirm and examine the proposed witnesses, and lightening witnesses, as well as lightening experts at the request or request of the suspects,” he continued.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects divided into two clusters in connection with the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a

Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
The three of them were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 paragraph 1

In this case, investigators said Roy Suryo cs had spread false accusations and misled the public.This conclusion is based on the results of examination of 130 witnesses and 22 experts, including an in-depth examination of 723 pieces of evidence.
“Investigators concluded that the suspects had spread false accusations and edited and digitally manipulated diploma documents using unscientific analysis methods and misleading the public,” said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri in a press conference, Friday (7/11).
