Police named two people as suspects in the driver’s murder

Both of them were charged with Article 365 paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code concerning Theft with Violence Resulting in Death and/or Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning Premeditated Murder.
“With the threat of the death penalty or life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years,” said Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto to reporters, Thursday (13/11).

The robbery incident began when the perpetrators with the initials RS and AH ordered a taxi via the application.Long story short, the two perpetrators got into the victim’s car.
“And when they entered the car, they immediately tied the victim’s neck with a clothesline from behind and hit the victim on the head,”
After that, the RS perpetrator immediately took over the wheel.They then circled around to a number of locations while making sure the victim was dead.
When the victim was confirmed dead, the two perpetrators stopped at a cellphone counter to sell the victim’s cellphone.Apart from that, the two perpetrators also had time to fill up petrol and e-toll.
Long story short, the two of them then headed to the Jagorawi Toll Road and decided to leave the victim’s body at that location.Next, they immediately ran away.
However, on the way, precisely at the North Sentul toll gate, the car that was confiscated from the victim broke down.The perpetrator then called a towing car and took the victim’s vehicle to a repair shop in Citereup.
The two perpetrators then decided to leave the victim’s car at the repair shop and fled to the Ciamis area.
“For your information, when they were arrested, the two suspects were doing paniisan or hoping to get help from supernatural things that were being carried out at one of the cemeteries in Ciamis. So when they were arrested, the two suspects were doing paniisan,” said Wikha.
“The two perpetrators were at one of the graves that is considered sacred, in the hut, resting or resting there,” he continued.
Wikha revealed that the motive for the two perpetrators to carry out their actions was based on economic reasons to meet their living needs.
“As for the motive on which they allegedly committed the crime, it was economic motives. The person concerned may be a random person, so his life is really difficult and then they planned a robbery with a random target,” said Wikha.
Previously, Ujang Adiwijaya’s body was found with his hands and feet tied in the bushes of the Jagorawi Km 30 Bogor toll road, West Java, Monday (10/11).
“The position of the body was on its back (when it was found), head facing west on the grass with its mouth, feet and hands tied,” said Head of PJR Jagorawi Toll Road Commissioner Ahmad Jajuli when confirmed, Tuesday (11/11).
