Regarding whether Nadiem will attend the indictment trial tomorrow, Tuesday (23/12), Anang cannot confirm it yet.

“We’ll see developments tomorrow,” he said.
Previously, the initial trial of the alleged corruption case of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology for the 2019-2024 period, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, as a suspect, was postponed.
The postponement was made because Nadiem was still in prison (suspended detention period) due to illness.
“So we postponed the next trial to Tuesday, December 23 2025,” said Chief Judge Purwanto Abdullah at the hearing to read the indictment.
Public prosecutor from the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) Roy Riady explained that based on the results of the doctor’s examination, Nadiem could not attend the trial because he had just had surgery.
