agreed to divorce after undergoing a mediation process in a series of trials at the Bandung City Religious Court, Friday (19/12).
“After undergoing a mediation process attended by each of the principals, namely Mr. Ridwan Kamil and Mrs. Atalia Praratya, both of them have agreed to separate amicably,” said Ridwan Kamil’s attorney, Wenda Aluwi in a press conference held in Bandung, Friday.
This statement was also confirmed by Atalia Praratya’s attorney, Debi Agusfriansa.He emphasized that the decision to separate was taken jointly without any prolonged conflict.

“Yes, we reiterate, each party agrees to separate amicably,” said Debi.
However, the attorneys have not disclosed in detail the reasons for the divorce or the next legal stages that will be taken at the Bandung Religious Court.
Both asked the public to respect the privacy of the parties involved in the process.
Atalia Praratya officially filed for divorce against her husband, Ridwan Kamil, after almost three decades of building a household.
The lawsuit was filed at the Bandung City Religious Court (PA).
Neither Atalia nor RK have yet to speak out regarding their divorce trial.This couple has been married since 1996 and has been blessed with two children, namely Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz (deceased) and Camillia Laetitia Azzzahra.
In 2020, the couple also adopted a boy named Arkana Aidan Misbach.
