Patra Niaga after business to business (b2b) coordination has been going on for quite a long time.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV Dumatubun said that this supply is part of the company’s commitment to maintaining the collaboration mandate mandated by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, as well as maintaining energy security and distribution for Indonesia.
“The distribution to Shell Indonesia confirms that Pertamina Patra Niaga is not only ready to meet the fuel needs for Pertamina’s gas station network, but is also a strategic partner for private gas station operators. For Shell Indonesia, the distribution this time is 100 thousand barrels,” said Roberth in a written statement, Friday (5/12).

With this distribution, Pertamina has supplied 430 thousand barrels of base fuel to private gas stations, including 100 thousand barrels to Vivo and 230 thousand barrels to BP-AKR (two deliveries).
“The total supply to all private gas stations (BP-AKR, Vivo and Shell Indonesia) reached 430 thousand barrels, showing that our supply capacity is strong, responsive and able to answer national energy needs,” he said.
Furthermore, Roberth added that the mechanism for providing supplies to Shell Indonesia uses procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and upholds business to business (B2B) compliance and governance mechanisms.
With good intentions, transparency and in accordance with Good Corporate Governance practices, Pertamina Patra Niaga and Shell Indonesia are committed to ensuring fuel availability and energy distribution and providing services to the community.
“The fuel commodities supplied to private BUs, in this case Shell Indonesia, have fulfilled all the requirements requested from private BUs as a form of commitment to follow up on government directives,” added Roberth.
Roberth emphasized that collaboration with private BU is clear proof that maintaining energy is joint work.With the spirit of mutual cooperation, it is hoped that energy services will be more equitable, fair and beneficial for all Indonesian people.
