According to him, on Friday morning there were three RTs that were still affected by tidal flooding, namely RT 002 with a water level of 30 cm, RT 005 with a water level of 3-10 cm and RT 010 which was submerged in flood waters as high as 30 cm.

Then, during the day the tidal flood gradually receded in the three RTs.The water level in RT 002 is 10-15 cm high, RT 005 is 5 cm high and RT 010 has no standing water.
However, in the afternoon at around 14.59 WIB, RT 002 was still submerged in floodwater as high as 5-10 cm.
According to Vitus, BPBD personnel continue to be alerted to visit the locations affected by the tidal wave and ensure the situation is safe and under control.”Road access is still passable by vehicles and this flood has caused residents’ activities to be hampered by tidal waves,” he said.
Meanwhile, the tidal flood that occurred in Marunda Pulo RT 01, 02, 03 RW 07, Marunda Village, Cilincing District, has begun to recede on Friday afternoon.
According to him, the tidal flood had risen in RT 01/RW 07 at 12.30 WIB with the water level reaching 10 cm, then in RT 02/RW 07 the flood height reached 40 centimeters at 10.30 WIB.
“However, by 14.46 WIB all RTs in RW 07 had receded,” said Vitus.
Previously, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Tanjung Priok Maritime Class I Meteorological Station had issued an early warning for coastal flooding (Rob) which was predicted to occur from December 1 to December 10 2025.
This condition is triggered by the phenomenon of maximum sea water tides along with the phenomenon of the Full Moon and Perigee (Supermoon) phases which have the potential to increase the maximum height of sea water tides in the form of coastal floods or tidal waves in the northern coastal area of Jakarta.
This caused an increase in the water level at the Danger/Alert 1 Fish Market Sluice Gate on Friday morning at 08.00 WIB and the occurrence of several inundations in the DKI Jakarta area.
