“Strengthening the decision of the North Jakarta District Court Number: 1057/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Jkt.Utr dated 30 September 2025 which requested an appeal,” said the decision as quoted from the North Jakarta District Court Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page, Sunday (23/11).
Case number: 223/PID.SUS/2025/PT DKI was examined and tried by the chairman of the appeal panel, Istiningsih Rahayu, with member judges Teguh Harianto and Edi Hasmi.Substitute Registrar Tri Sulistiono.The verdict was read out on Monday, November 17 2025.

Razman is being prosecuted for the defamation case against Advocate Hotman Paris Hutapea.The court decision stated that Razman was also required to pay a fine of Rp. 200 million, subsidiary to 4 months in prison.
The 1.5 year sentence was lower than the demands of the prosecutor who wanted Razman to be sentenced to 2 years in prison and a fine of IDR 200 million subsidiary to 4 months in prison.
