Puripol’s record time, 9.94 seconds.Suryo Agung Wibowo’s record, 10.17 seconds, an Indonesian athlete which has lasted 15 years since the 2009 SEA Games, has finally been broken.

So the first in ASEAN, Puripol was recorded as the sixth Asian man to record a time of nine seconds in the purest and most prestigious sport, the 100 meter dash.
His name is now equal to athletes Su Bingtian (9.83 seconds), Ryota Yamagata (9.95 seconds), Chani Brown Abdul Hakim (9.97 seconds), Kiryu Yoshihide (9.98 seconds), and Yuki Koike (9.98 seconds).
