The pile of rubbish in front of Cimanggis Market, Ciputat, South Tangerang City (Tangsel) has been removed in stages.Small heavy equipment moved mountains of rubbish to a fleet of transport trucks parked in a row on Tuesday (16/12) evening.
“Yes, it’s true that it started last night,” said South Tangerang City Environmental Service (DLH) Secretary, Hadi Widodo when confirmed, Wednesday (17/12) morning.
Monitoring on Jalan Dewi Sartika heading from Pamulang towards Jakarta, the mountains of rubbish at Cimanggis Market are now gone.The rubbish is transported to trucks by cleaners or sapponders manually.

Hadi explained that the waste transportation continued by combing through locations where there was rubbish strewn on the sidewalks and road medians.
“The waste is transported in stages,” explained the former Secretary of the Tangsel City Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Department.
A fire engine or branweer unit was alerted at the location near the former mountain of rubbish.The red car sprayed rubbish leachate to remove the stench.
Meanwhile, near the Ciputat Market flyover, a number of traffickers were already on standby.They are ready to transport piles of rubbish that have not been collected for almost a week.
“We’re waiting,” explained the man who identified himself as Mustolih, one of the saponists.It’s the same under the Ciputat Market flyover.
A small excavator unit has also been alerted to transport rows of piled up rubbish covered by plastic tarpaulin.
The problem of waste accumulation in South Tangerang City has recently been in the public spotlight.The piled up rubbish is not being transported because the Cipeucang landfill site in Serpong is being reorganized.
