I want a deadline to re-register

“Because of that, I need political support here, there needs to be a national agreement. “We are given time to re-register with western rights,” he said.
Nusron proposes that re-registration for 1961-1997 certificate holders be carried out within a period of 5-10 years.
“We created a Land Administration Law, then we announced in that law that land certificate holders from 1961 to 1997 were given a time limit of 5 years to 10 years, a political decision to re-register, after that the book was closed,” he explained.
The choice of the 1961-1997 certificate period, aka KW456, is not without reason.
According to Nusron, the majority of complaints submitted to the Ministry of ATR/BPN and the Ombudsman were related to overlapping land certificates.
Most of the overlapping certificates are certificates issued during that period.
This happened because the land certificate issued that year did not have a cadastral map and the land boundaries were not clear.
“The weakness of the output products in the past was that there was a certificate, there was no cadastral map on the back, there was only a sketch of the land which did not show where the boundaries were, where the location was, where the upper right boundary was, where the lower right boundary was, these did not exist,” he said.
