said there were irregularities in the execution process of the 16.4 hectare (ha) land owned by him

(JK) on Jalan Metro Tanjung, Tamalate District, Makassar, South Sulawesi by the Makassar District Court (PN).
According to him, the execution was carried out at the request of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development (GMTD).
During the execution process carried out by PT GMTD and PN Makassar, said Nusron, his party received an invitation to carry out land measurements and matching (

Nusron said after BPN Makassar received the invitation

Nusron mentioned three factual findings regarding the 16.4 hectare land dispute owned by JK.

Regarding this dispute, BPN Makassar wrote to PN Makassar to ask for an explanation regarding the implementation of the execution without first carrying it out.

Based on records held by BPN Makassar, there is indeed land belonging to JK at that location.However, the court actually said that the land did not belong to JK.Nusron is confused and will send a follow-up letter to the court to clarify the status of the land.
“I don’t yet understand what this means, therefore we will order the head of the office to send another letter to the district court to show the existing maps and NIB. I think so. So if the answer is that it is not included in the Building Use Rights (HGB) land owned by Hadji Kalla, it will not be executed and will not be granted.”
