) in the form of land in Lippo Karawaci to
Land Bank
.The value is around IDR 2.95 trillion.
Initially, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa asked for the blessing of Commission XI DPR RI to provide non-cash State Capital Participation (PMN) to the Land Bank.
“The Land Bank agency’s non-cash PMN is based on the need to strengthen institutions by providing capital and increasing capacity, among other things, to support the 3 million house program,” said Purbaya at a Working Meeting in the Commission XI Meeting Room, Monday (8/12).

Director General of State Assets at the Ministry of Finance, Rionald Silaban, said that the PMN given to the Land Bank was from former BPPN in Lippo Karawaci.
“Basically, that’s the one at Lippo Karawaci,” said Rionald.
The government indeed confiscated assets belonging to obligators and debtors of Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) Lippo Karawaci in August 2021.
This asset consists of 44 plots of land covering an area of 251,992 m2 or around 25 hectares (ha).These assets belong to the BLBI obligator or debtor who is known to be Lippo Karawaci.
“There is land. The land is quite large,” he stressed.
