He hopes that the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) can intensify government information work.Endipat then mentioned aid to disaster victims from the government which is worth trillions.
“So that’s something like that, ma’am. Please pay attention and develop it with Komdigi to become public information so that the public knows that the government’s performance already exists and is already great,” said Endipat.
“Per person only contributed IDR 10 billion, the state has already spent trillions and trillions in Aceh. So please pay attention to things like this so that in the future there will be no more information as if the state is not present everywhere. Even though the state has been present from the start in disaster management,” added the Gerindra politician.
He then asked Komdigi to actively provide information to the public regarding the assistance the state had provided to disaster victims in Aceh, West Sumatra and North Sumatra.
“I just want to try to provide input to Komdigi and want to support Komdigi in the future on how Komdigi can amplify strategic information that has been carried out by the government, ma’am,” said Endipat
Endipat touched on the performance of the Ministry of Forestry which has carried out massive reforestation.However, he said this was not communicated and the Ministry of Forestry continued to be criticized.
“For example, we heard that the Ministry of Forestry had actually carried out an evaluation and movement to plant trees on a large scale, but it never reached the ears of our friends down to the people below. The Ministry of Forestry was always skinned and made all sorts of things, ma’am, even though they had done a lot of things,” said Endipat.
He further said that the government’s performance must be massively informed to the public.He hopes that Komdigi will be more active and sensitive so that the information conveyed can go viral like content on social media.
“For example, from the start, the police have also carried out the actions needed for forest improvement in Sumatra, but it has never been heard of on a massive scale,” said Endipat.
“So we ask you, Madam, to focus in the future, Komdigi understands and knows exactly the sensitive national issues, helps the government inform and amplify this information so that it is no less viral than friends who are currently acting mostly in Aceh, Sumatra and so on, Ma’am,” he continued.
