This is proof that the Ducati motorbike is much stronger than its rivals in the 2025 MotoGP ahead of the 2025 Valencia MotoGP at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, this weekend.
In the Valencia MotoGP press conference, Francesco Bagnaia believes the Desmosedici is still the best motorbike in MotoGP this season.
Even though Bagnaia admits that his performance has declined this season, the title won by Marc Marquez is proof of the Desmosedici’s greatness.

“I think our bike is the best. I think I struggled this season, it’s true, but in recent seasons I have always been very competitive and I won even though I made a lot of mistakes,” said Bagnaia, quoted from

“This season, Marc [Marquez] is there, with fewer mistakes, he won with five races remaining, and I think our bike is still much stronger than the other bikes,” added Bagnaia.
Bagnaia made these comments when asked about the concession system which makes it difficult for Ducati to develop the Desmosedici by 2025.
The two-time MotoGP champion admitted that concessions that allow the team to get more tests will make the team develop faster.Even so, Bagnaia believes the rules made in MotoGP so far have made the championship more balanced.
“I think Aprilia, Yamaha, Honda, KTM are making good use of their advantages in testing and wildcards to improve their situation,” said Bagnaia.
“But Ducati is still the best and I think we made good use of what we had.”
