According to Palestinian health authorities, as many as 300 people have died as a result of Israeli attacks on Gaza since the ceasefire took effect.

Israel violated the ceasefire nearly 500 times in the past 44 days, killing hundreds of Palestinians through airstrikes, artillery and live shelling.

According to Gaza Media on October 18, Israel committed 47 violations that killed at least 38 people and injured as many as 143 others.

Israeli troops are inside the yellow line
Israel and Hamas agreed that the yellow line would be the unofficial boundary for the repositioning of Israeli troops.However, the Israeli military has advanced its troop positions into the Gaza area, so that several Palestinian families are now ‘surrounded’.

Israeli airstrike on October 19, 2025
The air attacks on a number of points in Gaza occurred after the initial incident or clash at the yellow line, where a Hamas fighter attacked the Israeli military who were inside the yellow line.
However, Hamas has not commented on reports of its dead fighters.
Israel responded with initial air and artillery attacks on several points in Gaza, killing at least 15 Palestinians, including children and women.

Limiting humanitarian aid and medical supplies
In mid-October, Israel withheld humanitarian aid and media supplies to Gaza amid the first phase of the ceasefire, despite these obligations being stated in the ceasefire agreement.
So far, humanitarian aid has come in the form of food, formula milk for babies and medical equipment.

Israeli attack on October 29, 2025
At the end of October, Israel again carried out air strikes and ground infiltration in the Rafah, Beit Hanoun and Khan Younis areas.

Israeli airstrike on November 19, 2025
The Israeli military this week launched an attack in response to an incident they claimed involved shooting their troops in Khan Younis.
Hamas rejected Israel’s claims and called the latest attacks a “dangerous escalation” that killed at least 33 Palestinians, mostly women and children.
Follow-up attack on November 22, 2025
On Saturday (22/11) Israel carried out major attacks on several points in Gaza.In the Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, they attacked a vehicle, killing 11 people and injuring at least 20 Palestinians.
Continued attacks targeting a house near Al-Awda Hospital in central Gaza killed at least three people and injured 11 people.
An attack also occurred at the Nuseirat camp in central Gaza which killed at least seven people including a child, and at least 16 were injured.
Another attack, targeting a house in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, killed three people, including a woman, as quoted by AP News.
