, three KPK investigators sealed the office of Bekasi Regent Ade Kuswara Kunang.
“Three people all wore masks, entered showing their KPK IDs,” said a security officer at the Bekasi Regent’s Building, citing Antara.
The three people immediately went up to the second floor to the Bekasi Regent’s office and came out half an hour later with the two doors already sealed.
Based on the provisions of criminal procedural law, the Corruption Eradication Commission has 1 x 24 hours to determine the legal status of the parties caught red-handed.
Prior to this, on Wednesday (17/12), the Corruption Eradication Commission also held OTT in the Tangerang, Banten and Jakarta districts.
A total of 9 people were arrested, consisting of one prosecutor, two lawyers, and six others from private parties.
Apart from that, the KPK enforcement team also found and confiscated IDR 900 million in cash.Until this news was written, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was conducting a case or exposure.
