The announcement will be made at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 1 2025.
“The meeting will be held with the following agenda: 1. Cancellation of the Appointment of the Independent President Commissioner, Independent Commissioner and Compliance Director of the Company,” reads the announcement of Bank BJB’s GMS plans, which was published last November 7.

Previously, Bank BJB had appointed Helmy Yahya as independent commissioner and Mardigu as main commissioner.
Not only Helmy and Mardigu, Bank BJB also canceled the appointment of Joko Hartono Kalisman as the company’s compliance director.
“The agenda is a follow-up to the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) letters Number SR294/PB.02/2025, SR-356/PB.02/2025 and S-338/KO.12/2025,” explained Bank BJB.
Helmy Yahya and Mardigu were appointed by the Governor of West Java Dedi Mulyadi as representatives of the controlling shareholders of Bank BJB as commissioners at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held last April.
“This change includes the appointment and dismissal of members of the board of directors and board of commissioners. Several new positions will become effective after receiving approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on the results of the fit and proper test (
