is back in the spotlight after club legend Dietmar Hamann warned that Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz could potentially be sold in the next summer transfer window.

, Hamann commented that the club may have to consider offloading Isak, the £125m striker, if his performances do not improve significantly.
A similar evaluation also led to Wirtz.Despite being seen as a major talent and signed for around £116 million from Bayer Leverkusen, Wirtz’s contribution so far has not reflected the high expectations placed on him.This has prompted speculation among legends and observers that Liverpool may be considering the option of selling him.
“If Liverpool perform badly, they will not be forced to sell players. However, players like Alexander Isak or Florian Wirtz may have their futures considered if they do not perform well and the club does not qualify for the Champions League,” explained Hamann as quoted by the Liverpool Echo.
The Reds legend has warned Isak and Wirtz that if they do not show good performance, the club might let them go and also mentioned Barcelona as a potential club for Isak.

“I’m not sure Liverpool will sell anyone in January, but if things don’t improve for Alexander Isak in March or April, they might discuss selling him to a club like Barcelona in the summer,” Hamann added.
Isak himself is experiencing great pressure because he has not found consistency when playing in Liverpool’s attack line, while Wirtz is still adapting to the physical demands of the Premier League.This uncertainty about performance has sparked debate about whether the club will stay or decide to let go of the player.
