Region Head PTPN IV Regional III Chief, Ahmad Gusmar Harahap, emphasized that effectiveness and discipline are the keys to achieving the final performance target of 2025.
Ahmad revealed this during a working visit to Lubuk Dalam Gardens, Siak Regency, Riau, Thursday (4/12).
Accompanied by the Head of the Plantation Department, Daniel Triandio, Ahmad started the visit with a coordination meeting with the Koko Baskoro Plantation Manager and the Lubuk Dalam Islandar PKS Manager as well as local management.

In his direction, Ahmad advised to ensure that plantation and factory operations run effectively, efficiently and in line with the final performance target of 2025.
“Let’s together guard the 2025 production target at the end of December, with approximately 3 weeks remaining to achieve the target that has become the Regional III commitment,” said Ahmad in an official statement.
Apart from that, Ahmad also emphasized discipline in implementing operational standards, optimizing productivity, strengthening maintenance aspects, and comprehensive evaluation to ensure each work unit is on track to achieve targets.
After the meeting, the Region Head directly inspected the palm oil rejuvenation area in Afdeling 6 covering an area of 452.50 hectares to see the progress of replanting activities which is one of the company’s strategic programs.
Even though it was raining, he still ensured that the entire process ran according to the technical, work timeline and quality that had been determined.
This working visit is in line with PTPN IV Regional III’s commitment to strengthening operational governance, increasing sustainable productivity, and maintaining the readiness of all units to face future business challenges.
