Moyes then directed praise at Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta.According to the Scottish coach, Arteta succeeded in making Rice a top player.
“Listen, Declan is developing himself, it’s not because of me. Declan will always be a great player,” said Moyes.
“Mikel has made him a top player. But more than that, he is a great, extraordinary person, and so that will give him a great opportunity, to become a great player too with many good attributes.”
Rice’s slick performance was also the key to Arsenal’s victory over Everton in that match.This victory made the Gunners return to the top of the Premier League standings with a two-point advantage over Manchester City who have collected 37 points in second place in the Premier League standings.
