Yunus is one of the suspects in the alleged bribery and gratification case of Ponorogo Regent Sugiri Sukoco.
“From Mr. YUM’s house, investigators also seized a number of movable assets, including a number of luxury watches, 24 bicycles, as well as 2 luxury Jeep Rubicon and BMW cars,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Saturday (15/11).

Budi said this confiscation was the result of a search by the KPK investigation team at Yunus’ house.The KPK team also searched a number of other places from Tuesday 11 November to Friday 14 November.
Locations searched included the official residence of the Regent of Ponorogo, the official residence of the Ponorogo Regional Secretary, Sugiri’s house, the house of the private party Sucipto, the Public Works Office, and the Ponorogo Regional Hospital.
“In the series of searches, investigators secured and confiscated several documents and electronic evidence related to this case, such as budgeting and project documents,” he said.
Budi said the investigative team would extract and study every document and electronic evidence confiscated to support this investigation process.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named four suspects in three clusters of cases of alleged bribery and receiving gratification,
They are the Regent of Ponorogo Sugiri Sukoco, Regional Secretary of Ponorogo Regency Agus Pramono, Main Director of RSUD dr.Harjono Ponorogo Yunus Mahatma, and the private partner of RSUD Ponorogo in a work package in the Ponorogo Regency environment, Sucipto.
Due to his actions, Sucipto, in terms of a work package within the Ponorogo Regency Government, was suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Yunus Mahatma are suspected of committing criminal acts of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
Then Yunus was accused of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or article 13 of the Corruption Law in terms of managing his position.
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Agus Pramono are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
The suspects have been detained for the first 20 days, starting from Saturday, November 8 2025 to November 27 2025 at the KPK Red and White Branch State Detention Center.
