Corruption Eradication Commission

“Of course, as long as the person concerned needs legal assistance, we will prepare it,” said Doli when contacted, Thursday (11/12).

He said Golkar did not want to get ahead of the legal process at the KPK, including the chance that the party would take a stand on Ardito’s status as a cadre.Moreover, said Doli, Ardito is currently still a suspect, and not yet a defendant.
“He’s still a suspect, he’s not a defendant yet, so we’ll see what the next developments are like. Then we’ll take action,” he said.
Ardito Wijaya is a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) and receiving gratuities within the Central Lampung Regency Government.
Apart from Ardito, there are four other suspects in the case.They are Riki Hendra Saputra, Ranu Hari Prasetyo, Acting Head of the Central Lampung Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Anton Wibowo, and Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri.
Ardito, Anton, Riki Hendra, and Ranu Hari are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 or Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or letter b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
