As of Thursday (18/12), Cilegon Police Criminal Investigation Unit investigators had examined eight witnesses in this case.One of those questioned was Maman Suherman, Expert Council at the DPW Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Cilegon and the victim’s father.
“Today the investigators have asked for information from eight witnesses, eight witnesses consisting of the victim’s family or other people in the area,” said Head of Public Relations for the Cilegon Police, AKP Sigit Dermawan when contacted, Thursday (18/12).

“(The victim’s father) has been questioned,” he continued.
Sigit said investigators were also still searching for the CCTV camera that recorded the incident.He said that his party had checked the CCTV footage belonging to neighbors in front of the victim’s house, but the camera did not focus on the location.
This CCTV footage is evidence to reveal the series of events that occurred.Including, to identify the perpetrator.
“We are still looking for CCTV, because the neighbor in front of him (the CCTV) is the same and the focus is not on the house (the location of the incident),” said Sigit.
Previously, a 9 year old child with the initials E died covered in blood in a luxury house in the Evidence Baja Sejahtera (BBS) 3 housing complex, Cilegon City, Banten, Tuesday (16/12) at around 14.20 WIB.
This incident was first discovered when the victim’s father, HM, received a telephone call from his second son, D, who sounded panicked and asked for help.
Receiving this news, the victim’s father immediately left his place of work in the Ciwandan area and headed home.When he arrived home and opened the door, the victim’s father found his son lying on his stomach with serious injuries accompanied by heavy bleeding.
After that, the victim was immediately taken to Bethsaida Hospital, Cilegon City using a private vehicle with the witness.However, after a medical examination, the hospital declared the victim dead.
From the preliminary examination, it was stated that there were 22 wounds on the victim’s body, 19 of which were wounds caused by sharp objects and three others were wounds caused by blunt objects.
Until now, the police are still investigating whether the incident that claimed the victim’s life was a robbery or not.However, from the crime scene results, the police confirmed that there were no missing items in the house.
