BPK Chairman Isma Yatun explained the Summary of Semester I Examination Results (IHPS) 2025, the contents of which included saving IDR 69.21 trillion.
This figure consists of losses, potential losses and revenue shortfalls of IDR 25.86 trillion as well as savings, inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of IDR 43.35 trillion.

“IHPS also revealed the central role of the BPK in supporting efforts to save state finances amounting to IDR 69.21 trillion,” said Isma at the 8th DPR RI Plenary Meeting for Session III Period 2025-2026 in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (18/11).
He explained that there had been a return of IDR 1.04 trillion from the total loss, potential loss and shortfall in revenue worth IDR 25.86 trillion.Isma emphasized that the money was returned to the state, regional or company treasury during the inspection process.
The BPK also specifically highlighted the practices of inefficiency, inefficiency and ineffectiveness carried out by BUMN.
“Disclosure of problems of inefficiency, inefficiency and ineffectiveness, especially in BUMN and other entities with a value of IDR 43.35 trillion,” he said about BUMN.
“Apart from that, the BPK plays a role in improving state financial governance, including through a commitment to support the eradication of corruption by calculating state losses with a state loss value of IDR 71.57 trillion,” explained Isma regarding potential state losses resulting from corruption cases.
Overall, IHPS I 2025 contains 741 inspection results reports (LHP).It is divided into 701 financial LHPs, 4 performance LHPs, and 36 purpose-specific LHPs.
Chairman of the DPR RI, Puan Maharani, said that the results of the BPK examination would be input for council members.He said the relevant commissions in the DPR RI could follow up on the report.
“The results of the BPK examination can be used as input for the council, especially the DPR RI commissions, to discuss and follow up on them in the context of supervisory and budget duties through working meetings and hearings with their respective working partners,” emphasized Puan.
