on the fifth matchday of Group G ACL2 at Bishan Stadium, Singapore, Wednesday (26/11).
Through Lion City Sailors’ upload on Instagram, club management announced two bans on visiting team supporters.They want to prevent unwanted things from happening during the game.
“In the midst of preparations for the Group G match against Persib Bandung on November 26, we want to convey important points to all supporters in the match.”

“We are aware that there are a lot of home supporter tickets purchased by visiting supporters. We want to emphasize that ticket holders comply with this regulation,” wrote Lion City Sailors on Instagram.
The first prohibition is that supporters of the visiting team, in this case, Bobotoh, are prohibited from wearing Persib Bandung attributes in the stands of the home camp zone.This is because it is suspected that Bobotoh bought actual tickets for Lion City Sailors supporters.
“[It is prohibited] to wear visiting team colors, jerseys and attributes in the home team area. Only home club attributes or neutral clothing are permitted,” wrote Lion City Sailors.
“Everyone in the home area who clearly identifies as a visiting team supporter including cheering in support [for Persib] will be refused entry or asked to leave immediately,” continued Lion City Sailors.
This ban is said to be an effort to maintain the concentration of the Lion City Sailors who still have a chance of qualifying for the next round.Now they are in third place with four points from four matches.

Because if they draw, let alone lose, the opportunity to qualify for the Lion City Sailors will be closed.This is because Persib is currently in the safe zone as the top of Group G with 10 points.
Persib must secure maximum results in the remaining two matches against Lion City Sailors and Bangkok United.Because Bojan Hodak’s team is closely tied to Bangkok United in second place with nine points.
