) again shows consistency in the implementation of governance and information disclosure.
They proved this consistency by winning two awards at the 2024 Annual Report Award (ARA), including the award for the category ‘Company with the Highest Increase in Desk Evaluation Score’.
The award was announced at the ARA awards night in Jakarta, Monday (8/12).This achievement is a form of recognition for the significant improvement in the quality of BNI’s Annual Report and Sustainability Report compared to the previous year.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said this award reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain transparency and accountability.
“This award is an encouragement for us to continue to strengthen the quality of reporting and corporate governance. The objective evaluation from the judges is an important input for improving our report, as well as motivation for all BNI people,” said Okki.
Apart from the award for increasing the Desk Evaluation score, BNI also entered the top three in the BUMN Go Public Finance category, showing the company’s increasing competitiveness in reporting and governance practices throughout 2024. This achievement strengthens BNI’s track record, which this year also received the Leadership in Corporate Governance title from IICD.
The 2024 ARA assesses companies based on four main pillars, namely ethics, transparency, accountability and sustainability.BNI is said to have shown significant progress in all these aspects, including more comprehensive integration of sustainability data in company reports.
Okki further emphasized that BNI will continue to develop reporting practices so that they are in line with international standards that continue to develop.
“We are grateful for the support of stakeholders. BNI will maintain integrity, professionalism and the quality of information disclosure as the foundation of good governance,” he said.
As a public financial institution, BNI stated that it would continue to strengthen the quality of financial reports and sustainability in the next few years to support investor, regulator and public confidence in the company’s performance.
