One of the efforts they are making to make this happen is by holding the BNI Shopping Race 2025. BNI has held this Shopping Race up to Stage 3.
In stage 3, the BNI Shopping Race was held simultaneously in 13 big cities on Saturday (15/11).

The cities are;Medan, Batam, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, Balikpapan, Manado, Jayapura, Yogyakarta and Malang.
This event is supported by various well-known groceries merchants, including Brastagi Gatsu Medan, Royal Supermarket Batam, JM Plaju Palembang, Super Indo in Bandung, Semarang and Malang, Hokky Surabaya, Lotte Mart Makassar, Tiara Dewata Soputan Bali, Yova Mart Balikpapan, Fresh Mart Manado, Saga Supermarket Jayapura, and Luwes Solo.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo explained that this program was designed not only as an entertainment activity, but also as an educational means for the public to become more familiar with BNI’s digital transaction services.
“Through the BNI Shopping Race, we want to provide a fun shopping experience while expanding people’s understanding of the benefits of digital transactions. This is part of BNI’s efforts to support the national cashless movement and accelerate financial inclusion,” said Okki in a written statement.
He added that each Shopping Race location involves 12 selected participants.They consist of four BNI Debit Card users, four BNI Credit Card customers, and four wondr by BNI users who were active in transactions during the program period.
Participants are challenged to complete shopping missions using BNI transaction products to win prizes of millions of rupiah in shopping money.
BNI prepared attractive prizes for participants in each category.The first winner has the right to take home IDR 1.2 million, the second winner IDR 1 million, the third winner IDR 800 thousand, and the fourth winner IDR 600 thousand.
This prize is BNI’s appreciation for the participants’ enthusiasm as well as encouragement to be more active in utilizing digital transactions.
According to Okki, this program is also a momentum for BNI to be closer to the community in various regions, while introducing the ease of opening a digital account via the wondr by BNI application.
“We want every interaction with BNI to not only be about transactions, but also a meaningful experience that builds long-term emotional relationships with customers,” concluded Okki.
Through the BNI Shopping Race 2025, BNI continues to strengthen its commitment to expanding financial inclusion, increasing digital literacy, and providing transaction services that are easy, safe, and relevant to the needs of modern society throughout Indonesia.
