According to Bahlil, the funds come from an additional budget of IDR 6.28 trillion to the ESDM Ministry’s ceiling, the total of which is currently IDR 14.1 trillion throughout 2025.
“There is around IDR 4,350.95 which is assigned to PLN for village electricity and free electricity connections. For our people,” said Bahlil at the DPR RI Commission XII Meeting, Tuesday (11/11).

Bahlil emphasized that even though there are only two months left this year, he is confident that PLN can carry out the assignments given.Because the infrastructure already exists and we just need to continue.
“We gave this assignment to PLN, because we consider that the time is short, and they have the existing infrastructure to be able to do this,” he explained.
Overall, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources’ budget in 2025 will reach IDR 14.1 trillion after last August an additional budget of IDR 6.28 trillion was disbursed.
Based on data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, budget realization from the initial ceiling of IDR 6.98 trillion has reached 62.86 percent by November 10 2025.
However, if the ceiling is additionally IDR 6.2 trillion, then the realization of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources’ APBN ceiling will only reach 31.12 trillion.

7. BPSDM ESDM 80.97 percent
8. Geological Agency 33.63 percent
9. BPH Migas 77.06 percent
10. Directorate General of EBTKE 52.49 percent
11. BPMA 81.36 percent.
