The three prosecutors who were removed were the Head of the HSU District Prosecutor’s Office, Albertinus P Napitupulu (APN), the Head of HSU Intelligence, Asis Budianto (ASB) and the Head of Civil and State Administration (Datun) Tri Taruna Fariadi (TAR).
Head of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Center, Anang Supriatna, said that the three of them currently have inactive civil servant status until they receive a decision with permanent legal force.

“He has been removed from his position and has temporarily disabled his civil servant status as a prosecutor’s employee until he receives a court decision that has permanent legal force/inkrah,” he told reporters, Monday (22/12).
He added that with this non-active status, Albertinus Cs would not receive a temporary salary and allowances as a civil servant.
Furthermore, Anang emphasized that the AGO would not intervene in the law enforcement process regarding the three prosecutors.
In this case, after serving as Kajari HSU in August 2025, Albertinus is suspected of receiving cash flows of at least IDR 804 million, directly or through intermediaries, namely Asis and Tri Taruna and other parties.
The receipt of the money came from Albertinus’ alleged extortion of a number of regional officials at HSU, including the Education Service, Health Service, Public Works Service (PU), and Regional General Hospital (RSUD).
“In the period November-December 2025, from this request, APN (Albertinus) allegedly received a cash flow of IDR 804 million which was divided into two intermediary clusters,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission Asep Guntur Rahayu in a press conference at his office, Jakarta, Saturday (20/18) morning.
