“The potential administrative fine from palm oil is IDR 109.6 trillion. The administrative potential for mining is IDR 32.63 trillion,” said Burhanuddin at the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung), Jakarta, Wednesday (24/12).

Burhanuddin also delivered a report related to accelerating the restoration of Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan Regency, Riau.
According to him, the PKH Task Force has taken various strategic steps to relocate residents.Currently there are 7 community settlements belonging to 7 villages, with a population of 5,733 heads of families with a population of 22,183 people and a total of 573 houses.
Then the educational facilities are 12 schools, the number of places of worship is 52, and the number of health facilities is 12.
Furthermore, the number of heads of families (KK) who have registered to take part in the relocation program is 1,465 families.
“We have prepared 8,077 hectares of repossessed land to relocate residents of the TNTN area,” he said.
“We have carried out phase one population relocation on December 20 2025 for 227 families from oil palm plantations covering an area of ​​6,330.78 hectares,” said Burhanuddin added.
Previously, ST Burhanuddin officially handed over IDR 6,625,294,190,469.74 or IDR 6.6 trillion to the government.
Burhanuddin explained that the Rp. 6.6 trillion was the result of collecting forestry administrative fines by the Forest Area Control Task Force (PKH) worth Rp. 2,344,965,750,000 (Rp. 2.3 trillion).
“Those came from 20 palm oil companies, 1 nickel mining company,” he said.
Then, said Burhanuddin, the proceeds from saving state finances from the handling of corruption cases by the Attorney General amounted to Rp. 4,280,328,440,469.74 (Rp. 4.2 trillion).
“This stems from criminal cases involving alleged corruption in the provision of CPO facilities and sugar import cases,” he said.
