) scheduled an examination of the former Governor of West Java

RK will be examined as a witness in the alleged corruption case in advertising procurement at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank (Bank BJB).
“The summons has been sent, please wait,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission Asep Guntur Rahayu when confirmed at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Monday (1/12) evening.

Asep is still keeping the exact time of RK’s examination schedule a secret.He only provided information that investigators had sent a summons for examination last week.
“What is clear from us is that it has been sent, hopefully we will receive it, because that was a week ago,” he added.
This one-star police general has also not been able to divulge the material that investigators want to study about RK.He asked journalists to wait patiently and will provide details after the examination has been completed.
“Later we will try to ask the investigators (regarding confirmation of RK’s presence). We cannot convey the material yet,” he concluded.
This is the first time RK has been summoned to be questioned as a witness after his residence was searched on March 10 2025.
In the ongoing process and related to the RK, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana Presley Zulkandar and Candidate for Deputy Governor of West Java 2024-2029 Ilham Akbar Habibie.Asep explained that investigators are currently still collecting evidence.
“We want to collect a lot of evidence and information, and we will ask the person concerned (Ridwan Kamil, ed.). So, nothing will be left behind. Hopefully,” said Asep last Thursday (25/11).
So far there have been five suspects named by the KPK.They are former President Director of bank bjb Yuddy Renaldi;Head of Corporate Secretary Division of Bank BJB Widi Hartoto;Antedja Muliatama Agency Controller and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan.
Furthermore, BSC Advertising Agency Controller and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspres (WSBE) Suhendrik;and Controller of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.
The suspects have not been detained but have been prevented from traveling abroad.
They are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
According to the Corruption Eradication Commission’s findings, it is suspected that there were unlawful acts in procuring advertising placements in a number of mass media which resulted in state losses reaching IDR 222 billion.
