Firefighters said there were two warehouses that caught fire and were large in size, making it difficult to extinguish the fire.

“There were two buildings that caught fire, the conditions were large parts of the building. The building was a warehouse,” said the Head of Damkar and Damkar for the Pati Satpol PP, Wahyu Widiatmoko, when met at the location, quoted

Wahyu said that fire officials received a report of a fire incident at around 19.50 WIB.After that, a fire engine rushed to the location, even assisted by a fire engine from the Kudus area.Officers are currently still putting out the fire.
“Currently, we are trying to overcome the first building that caught fire because the building was closed and we immediately tried to secure it,” said Wahyu.
“50 percent of the central part has been secured, this is the blackout process,” he added.
The building that burned consisted of three floors and was a closed building.The officers had problems and tried to extinguish the fire starting from the top floor.
“It was difficult because the building was closed with three floors, so we tried to go from the top first and then go down to the ground floor,” said Wahyu.
He said there were no casualties in this incident.As for the source of the fire, it is not yet known for certain.
“The source of the fire was from the warehouse, there is no information about the cause from Inafis. So far there have been no fatalities,” he concluded.
