The Italian U-17 national team won third place in the 2025 U-17 World Cup after going through a tight penalty shootout against Brazil on Thursday (27/11) evening WIB.
Competing at the Aspire Zone, Qatar, the Brazil vs Italy duel took place with high tension from the early minutes.However, Brazil was forced to lose one player at the start of the match.
Brazilian defender, Vitor Fernandes Chaves Teixeira, was sent off after receiving a second yellow card in the 14th minute.
