“We are still waiting for the decision letter,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Asep Guntur Rahayu, at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (25/11) evening.
Reflecting on the case of PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto who received amnesty from the President, Asep said that the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) would first wait for the letter sent by the Ministry of Law.

After receiving the letter in question, the Corruption Eradication Commission leadership and staff will follow up on it.In the end, there will be a decision letter from the Corruption Eradication Commission leadership that regulates the release of the defendant.
“Of course, after the process is complete, because later there will be a decision letter from the Corruption Eradication Commission leadership to expel the three directors (ASDP) who are currently being detained by us, colleagues will also be able to follow the process, so there will be a process, maybe we’ll just have to wait for officers from the Ministry of Law to deliver the decision letter,” said Asep.
Previously, President Prabowo provided rehabilitation to Ira Puspadewi, Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP Muhammad Yusuf Hadi, and Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono.
“From the results of communications with the government, thank God, today the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, has signed a letter of rehabilitation for the three names,” said Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, at a press conference at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday (25/11).
The panel of judges at the Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) sentenced Ira to four years and six months in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and Harry MAC were sentenced to four years in prison each and a fine of IDR 250 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
According to the judge, the defendants have been proven to have committed criminal acts of corruption which caused state financial losses of up to IDR 1.25 trillion in KSU and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara (JN) by PT ASDP in 2019-2022.
Case number: 68/Pid.Sus-TPK/PN.Jkt.Pst was examined and tried by the chairman of the Sunoto panel with member judges Nur Sari Baktiana and Mardiantos.The verdict was read out on Thursday, November 20.

He views that it is more appropriate to resolve the case civilly because of the actions of Ira et al.those who acquire PT JN are protected by the principle
