President Prabowo Subianto assigned Agrinas to physically build the Red and White Kopdes.
Agrinas President Director Joao Angelo De Sousa Mota said the budget included various facilities in the cooperative.

“We have budgeted IDR 1.658 billion for this building, or approximately IDR 2,938,000 per square meter for all of Indonesia,” said Joao in a meeting with Commission VI DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/11).
According to Joao, the figure of IDR 1.6 billion is reasonable.If you use various regional indices, it will actually cause costs to soar.
“If you use the index to build these outlets, it would require a budget of around IDR 600 trillion because in Papua the budget per meter is around IDR 24 thousand. In areas of Sumatra or in NTT areas it can be around IDR 12 thousand in certain areas. Only in Java it is around IDR 1 million,” he explained.
Joao said that construction had started on October 17 2025. Currently, construction is underway on 1,200 points.
He targets around 2,930 points per day to be built.The cooperative building covers an area of 20×30 meters, of which 6 x 17 meters will be used as a shop outlet.
“Then inside the shop outlet there is also a 3.5 x 10 (meter) area for village clinics which can later be used by the field, even doctors in the village. Apart from that, there is also a warehouse as large as a special warehouse for fertilizer, around 4×6 (meters) outside, apart from the warehouse for basic materials that will be sold at the cooperative,” he said.
