A man was found lying dead with a stab wound to the neck on Jalan Raya

, East Jakarta on Monday (17/11).Apart from that, one person was also found injured in the same location.
“Yes, that’s right (there is a suspected murder case). There are two victims,” Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for East Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Dicky Fertoffan when contacted, Monday.
Separately, Kramat Jati Police Chief AKP Pesta Hasiholan Siahaan said that his party received information about the alleged murder based on reports from the public at around 18.30 WIB.

Partai said the deceased victim was known to have the initials M, while the injured victim had the initials A. Victim A was then taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for treatment.
From preliminary investigations, said Partai, it is suspected that the incident was triggered by an argument.However, this is still being investigated further.
“The victim is not from there, he is an outsider. It is suspected that the perpetrator was living in the Jalan Raya Condet area. For the time being, it is just verbal bickering. We don’t dare to conclude yet,” he said.
“Meanwhile (the victim who died had) a stab wound on the left side of the neck. The victim had a wound on the right side of the back,” he continued.
As stated by Partai, the alleged perpetrator with the initials R was also arrested at the scene.Currently, the alleged perpetrator has been taken to the East Jakarta Metro Police for intensive questioning.
“The suspect was arrested at the location, immediately taken to the police station, and an interrogation report was carried out,” he said.
