BPI Danantara CEO Rosan Perkasa Roeslani revealed that this was one of the topics of discussion at the meeting between the King of the Kingdom of Jordan Hasyimiah, King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, and the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto.
“The meeting with the King of Jordan was also attended directly by President Prabowo. In essence, the government of the Kingdom of Jordan wanted to know more about Danatara and also about the structure of Danatara. That was the first, because they wanted to create
sovereign wealth funds
also in Jordan,” said Rosan at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Jakarta, Saturday (15/11).

Rosan said that the Kingdom of Jordan wanted to know the formation, structure and management of Danantara assets to form SWF in their country.
Apart from that, Rosan said that this morning’s meeting also discussed investment potential between Indonesia and Jordan.
He said King Abdullah II invited Indonesia to invest in a number of sectors.
“One is in gas pipelines, the second is in toll road projects, the value of gas pipelines is approximately US$ 1 billion, in gas pipelines. Then in toll roads it is approximately US$ 300 million and also in the logistics sector,” he said.
Furthermore, Rosan explained that Indonesia and Jordan have also collaborated in the phosphate sector, which is planned to continue to be developed in the future.
“The one in phosphate now is approximately US$250 million dollars and is running well. It also provides a profit of approximately US$20 million dollars for us and we want that to be
