, Zainudin Amali, revealed that the Chairman of the National Team Agency (BTN) Sumardji and PSSI Technical Director Alexander Zwiers had been given the task of finding the right Indonesian National Team coach to replace the position left by Patrick Kluivert.
“It is said that the Chairman of BTN and the Technical Director were assigned to search,” said Zainudin on Friday (14/11).
The search for a coach is one of PSSI’s main focuses currently to improve the performance of the Indonesian national team.

Zainudin explained that after the search process was complete, his party would hold a meeting to discuss the names of the potential coaches who had been selected.
“We will ask Mr. Sumardji which names have been netted. Then we will decide,” added Zainudin.
However, as of Friday (14/11), Zainudin revealed that the PSSI Executive Committee (Exco) had not yet received the list of names of coaching candidates selected by Sumardji and Zwiers.
“So, to this day I haven’t received confirmation. I asked Mr. Mardji, ‘Mr. Mardji, is it available yet?'”Not yet,” said Zainudin.
A number of names of potential Indonesian national team coaches have circulated on social media, including Timur Kapadze to Heimir Hallgrimsson.
