“For everything related to websites that have been monitored, Densus colleagues also informed us that at this time we have also coordinated with Komdigi, the Director General of Digital Space Monitoring, to restrict or block these websites,” said Director of Police for Metro Jaya Police Commissioner Roberto Pasaribu, quoted on Wednesday (12/11).
As stated by Roberto, the Metro Jaya Police’s Directorate of Police is also aware of what sites and online media were accessed by the perpetrators.

“So we will then explain what has been studied, visited or distributed by the person concerned on existing digital devices,” he said.
Just found the alleged perpetrator’s laptop
The police also confiscated a laptop belonging to the alleged perpetrator.Roberto said that the laptop was not in the hands of the perpetrator, but was finally found by investigators.
“A laptop that was not in the child’s hands was only discovered by investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate and was handed over last Sunday to us investigators at the Cyber ​​Directorate,” said Roberto.
Roberto said that currently his party is still investigating the contents of the perpetrator’s laptop.Roberto said that his party would also trace what sites the perpetrator had accessed via the laptop.

“For all online media, including sites that are accessed or followed by children who are in conflict with the law or these children are currently still in the process of being studied through digital forensic processes in the laboratory,” he continued.
Previously, an explosion occurred at SMAN 72 North Jakarta, Friday (7/11) at around 12.15 WIB, in the school mosque area during Friday prayers.There were no fatalities in the incident.However, there were 96 people injured in the incident.
Densus 88 Anti-terror Police said the alleged perpetrator started looking for acts of violence on various sites because he felt oppressed and even vengeful.
Searches on the site then also inspired the alleged perpetrator to join a social media community whose members admired acts of violence.
Apart from that, there were at least six perpetrators of acts of violence abroad who inspired students to carry out their actions.The names of the six people were written on the toy weapon the perpetrator was carrying.
The six people are Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold, Dylann Storm Roof, Alexandre Bissonnette, Vladislav Roslyakov and Brenton Tarrant.
