Bilqis was reportedly the victim of a kidnapping carried out by a woman.
“I was on the tennis court, wanting to exercise while training,” said the victim’s father, Dwi Nurmas (34) to reporters, Wednesday (5/11).
Dwi explained that when he was on the tennis court, his son was playing on the side of the court, on Sunday (2/11) at around 10.00 WITA.However, when he was enjoying playing tennis, Dwi did not see his child.
“Indeed, I often take him to coach. I always monitor him when he plays, I often call him to respond. But when I called him in the third game, he wasn’t there,” he said.
Then CCTV footage circulated showing a woman wearing a black shirt and trousers carrying three children, one of whom was thought to be the victim’s child walking on the side of the road in a hurry, occasionally looking back.
“Yes, the CCTV footage is my child, one of the three children in the video is my child. I don’t know who brought it,” he explained.
After the incident, Dwi admitted that someone had contacted the family to ask for some money.
“Yes, someone contacted my brother-in-law, asking for Rp. 100,000, up to Rp. 2 million. Like a fraudster, he said he knew my child’s information, not asking for ransom. Hopefully our child can come back, in good health, and we ask for help from the community if they see our child, immediately contact us,” he explained.
As a result of this incident, Dwi has reported the case to the police for immediate follow-up.
