The Selection Committee (Pansel) has completed a series of open selections for candidates for Primary High Leadership Officials within the Corruption Eradication Commission (

) by determining the three best candidates for each position.
This is stated in the announcement number: B/006/PANSELKPK/12/2025 which was signed by the Chair of the Pansel Ranu Mihardja on December 23 2025.
For the position of Head of the KPK Legal Bureau, the three names that passed were Farhan Abdi Utama from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN), Iskandar Marwanto from the KPK, and Wahyu Tri Hartomo from the Ministry of Law.

The next three names that passed as candidates for Director of Corruption Detection and Analysis for the Corruption Eradication Commission were Dzikran Kurniawan from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, and Kuswanto and Taryanto from the Corruption Eradication Commission.
Then three names passed to become candidates for Director of Corruption Eradication Commission Investigations, namely Achmad Taufik from the Corruption Eradication Commission, Farhan from the Prosecutor’s Office, and Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto from the Corruption Eradication Committee.
Then for the position of Director of Prosecution, the three names that passed were Agustinus Heri Mulyanto from the Prosecutor’s Office, Budhi Sarumpaet from the Corruption Eradication Committee, and Wagiyo from the Prosecutor’s Office.
Next, for the position of Director of Community Participation Development at the Corruption Eradication Commission, three names passed, namely Danang Sri Wibowo Riyanto from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Kunto Ariawan from the Corruption Eradication Committee, and Rahmaluddin Saragih from the Corruption Eradication Committee.
Finally, for the position of Director of Coordination and Supervision for Region V of the KPK, the three names that passed were David Hartono Hutauruk from the KPK, Maruli Tua from the KPK, and Niken Wulandari from the Bintan Regency Government.
The three names that pass for each KPK position will be submitted to the KPK leadership.Later, the KPK leadership will choose one person to occupy the position of Director of KPK Investigations.
“The decision of the JPT Pratama Open Selection Committee within the KPK is final and cannot be contested,” said Ranu Mihardja.
This open selection has started on October 20 2025, with the announcement of selected candidates scheduled for the end of December 2025.
The entire selection process is carried out transparently and accountably by the Pansel which involves internal and external elements, including agency officials, academics, professionals and representatives of ministries/institutions.
This process is also supervised by BKN through the i-MUT system to ensure objectivity and integrity.
The external committee is chaired by Ranu Mihardja as a former Deputy at the Corruption Eradication Commission, with 8 members, namely Sang Made Mahendra Jaya as Inspector General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dhahana Putra as Director General of Legislation and Regulations of the Ministry of Law, Pratama Dahlian Persada as Chairman of the Cybersecurity and Communication Research Institute CISSReC, Sudharmawati Ningsih as an official at the Supreme Court, Heru Susetyo as Professor of Law at the University of Indonesia, Gandjar LaksmanaBonaprapta as Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Taufik Rachman as Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and Judhi K from Transparency International Indonesia (TII).
Meanwhile, the internal KPK Pansel consists of Wawan Wardiana as Deputy for Education and Community Participation, Asep Guntur Rahayu as Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution, Eko Marjono as Deputy for Information and Data, Haerudin as Head of the Supervisory Board Secretariat, Agung Yudha Wibowo as Acting Deputy for Coordination and Supervision, and Aminudin as Acting Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the Corruption Eradication Commission.
