“All the 2025 TKD has been transferred, in 2026 we will carry out the transfer without distribution conditions. “The total TKD that will be distributed unconditionally in 2026 is IDR 43.8 trillion,” detailed Suahasil.
Based on the realization of the APBN as of November 30 2025, the state has spent IDR 2,911.8 trillion. This amount is equivalent to 82.5 percent of the budget ceiling of IDR 3,527.5 trillion available this year.

This relief in the form of eliminating the TKD channel requirement is not the first time this has been announced.Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil conveyed this to the public on Tuesday (16/12), after attending the Government Strategic Program Acceleration Task Force (P2SP) Coordination Meeting.
“We will simplify and practically make the channel requirements more automatic. Of course, this will at least be for the emergency response stage, later we will look at the next situation,” he explained at the time at the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, Central Jakarta.
At that time, Suahasil also said that the Ministry of Finance was identifying the costs of repairing infrastructure affected by the disaster. He emphasized that the redevelopment would be carried out with funds from the 2026 APBN.
“Of course we are preparing a budget for 2026, the Minister of Finance (Purbaya) has also said that we will prepare the budget. We are looking for all existing budgets, some in the Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Transportation, some for infrastructure development, and others,” said Suahasil.
“Of course we will discuss it afterwards, even though we are still in the emergency response stage, we are starting to identify what infrastructure we need to build,” he added.
