Indonesia managed to win its 56th medal in
SEA Games 2025
via rowing in the lightweight men’s quadruple sculls event on Tuesday (16/12).
In the final match in the lightweight men’s quadruple sculls event which took place in Thaland, on Tuesday (16/12), the Indonesian men’s rowing team managed to perform brilliantly.
The team strengthened by Ali, Ihram, Wudan, and Ardi managed to accelerate to become the fastest in the final match.

The Indonesian representative was able to set a record time of 6 minutes 38.862 seconds.This score meant that the Indonesian team managed to finish first and earned the right to win a gold medal.
This is the 56th gold medal won by Indonesia at the 2025 SEA Games as of Tuesday (16/12) morning WIB.
The Indonesian team is now in second place in the 2025 SEA Games medal standings.
In the final match in the lightweight men’s quadruple sculls event, Indonesia managed to beat the Vietnamese representative who finished second.
Vietnam’s representatives, strengthened by Long, Hoan, Ha and Thanh, finished in second place with a time of 6 minutes 43.678 seconds.
Meanwhile, the third position was occupied by the Thai representative with a time of 6 minutes 48.319 seconds.
Previously, Indonesian rowing athlete Memo managed to win a gold medal at the 2025 SEA Games after being the best in the men’s single sculls event.This is Indonesia’s 55th gold medal at the 2025 SEA Games.
Memo was able to touch the finish with a time of 8 minutes 10.247 seconds.He was quite far ahead of his competitors from Thailand and the Philippines who finished in second and third positions.
