After the end of the sports competed on Monday, the Indonesian contingent collected 52 gold, 65 silver and 68 bronze.This record is clearly satisfactory because currently Indonesia is in second place.
“If we want to be successful, we have to be united, don’t go our separate ways. If we look at today’s achievements, there are already 52 gold, 65 silver and 68 bronze medals,” said Erick Thohir, quoted by Antara.

Erick Thohir expressed his appreciation to the administrators of the Indonesian Olympic Committee (NOC Indonesia), Chef de Mission), to the general chairmen of sports who were present directly at the arena and provided direct support.
“I appreciate KOI, CdM and sports that we really feel like a family. We are united here, supporting each other, especially if the leader is on the field, especially the sports leader who is waiting for the athletes to fight.”
“If we are united, our achievements will increase and the best athletes will be sent,” said Erick Thohir.
Erick Thohir also reminded President Prabowo Subianto of his great support for Indonesian athletes.One of them is by increasing the bonus amount for medal winners at the SEA Games.
“One of the President’s appreciations was giving a bonus of IDR 1 billion [gold medal]. But that’s not all, the President is encouraging sports programs, including studying how athletes’ pensions will be funded in the future,” said Erick Thohir.
Indonesia has set a target of winning 80 gold medals.With this number, Indonesia hopes to be in third place in the final standings of the 2025 SEA Games.
