The police named the Vice President Secretary of the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (
SKK Migas
) Hudi Dananjoyo Suryodipuro was riding his bicycle at a speed of around 30-40 km/hour when he hit a stopped Transjakarta car.
In the accident, Hudi later died.

“The speed of cyclists is between 30 and 40 km/hour. The road conditions are flat, busy but there is no density so bicycles can be driven,” said Head of Sub-Directorate for Gakkum, Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Ojo Ruslani to journalists, Tuesday (9/12).
Ojo also revealed that the victim was riding a bicycle from the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) area.The victim is said to have parked his vehicle at GBK and continued his journey using his bicycle.
“The deceased went by bicycle from GBK, parked the vehicle at GBK, made an appointment with a work friend to go cycling,” he said.
Ojo said the victim wore a bicycle helmet when cycling.However, it is known that the victim was thrown away after hitting the back of a stopped TransJakarta bus.
The bus stops on the side of the road to drop off and pick up passengers at designated marked spots.
“After hitting the deceased, the victim was thrown to the right. The injuries he suffered as a result of the collision with the TransJakarta bus then hit the road, bleeding from the mouth and nose,” he said.
Hudi died after crashing into a TransJakarta bus on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, precisely in front of the Karet Sudirman Bus Stop, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (9/12) at around 06.20 WIB.
The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) expressed its condolences for Hudi’s death.
