) scheduled an examination of the former Governor of West Java

today, Tuesday (2/12).
RK was summoned to be questioned as a witness in the alleged corruption case in advertising procurement at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank (Bank BJB).
“It’s true, we confirm that today investigators have scheduled a summons for RK’s brother in his capacity as Governor of West Java during the trial of a case of alleged corruption related to the procurement of advertisements at BJB,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo when confirmed via written message, Tuesday (2/12).

There has been no confirmation from RK whether he will comply with the investigator’s summons or not.Even so, Budi believes RK will be cooperative.
“We believe that Mr. RK will be present to fulfill the scheduling of the examination by investigators today, so we are waiting together,” he added.
This is the first time RK has been summoned to be questioned as a witness after his residence was searched on March 10 2025.
In the ongoing process and related to the RK, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana Presley Zulkandar and Candidate for Deputy Governor of West Java 2024-2029 Ilham Akbar Habibie.
Asep explained that investigators are currently still collecting evidence.
“We want to collect a lot of evidence and information, and we will ask the person concerned (Ridwan Kamil, ed.). So, nothing will be left behind. Hopefully,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission Asep Guntur Rahayu on Thursday, September 25 2025.
So far there have been five suspects named by the KPK.
They are former President Director of bank bjb Yuddy Renaldi;Head of Corporate Secretary Division bank bjb Widi Hartoto;Antedja Muliatama Agency Controller and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan;BSC Advertising Agency Controller and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspres (WSBE) Suhendrik;and Controller of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.
The suspects have not been detained but have been prevented from traveling abroad.
They are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
According to the Corruption Eradication Commission’s findings, it is suspected that there were unlawful acts in procuring advertising placements in a number of mass media which resulted in state losses reaching IDR 222 billion.
