Komdigi’s warning
Previously, the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) through the Directorate General of Digital Space Supervision sent letters to 25 Electronic System Operators, including Cloudflare, because they had not fulfilled their PSE registration obligations.
These platforms are threatened with sanctions and termination of access if they do not register immediately.
“PSE registration is not only administrative in nature, but is an important instrument for ensuring Indonesia’s digital sovereignty, as well as protecting society in a healthy and responsible digital ecosystem,” said Director General of Komdigi Digital Space Monitoring Alexander Sabar on Monday (17/11).
