has gained many fans in various countries since it first aired in 2007. The animated series tells the story of the life of the bald duo, both at home and at school, Tadika Mesra.

Why was Cikgu Jasmine replaced?
Cikgu Jasmin is a teacher who has been present since the first season of Upin & Ipin who has been a teacher for Upin, Ipin, and their friends since they started school.
Cikgu Jasmin’s separation occurred in the episode Thank You Cikgu.This episode is the last episode of his appearance as a teacher at Tadika Mesra.
Initially, Cikgu Jasmin announced that their class would have a new teacher who would replace her position the following week.
Cikgu Jasmin stopped teaching temporarily because he had to continue his education to a higher level in Kuala Lumpur.
Starting from the opening episode of the second season of Upin & Ipin, Cikgu Jasmin was officially replaced by Cikgu Melati.Since then, Cikgu Melati has taken over the position as Aman’s class teacher until the following seasons.
The real reason behind Cikgu Jasmin’s replacement is known to be related to the production of this animated series.Haji Burhanuddin, Director of Les’ Copaque Production, revealed the real reason Cikgu Jasmin was replaced.
“After three or four seasons, he asked to resign because he wanted to start his own business,” wrote Haji Burhanuddin in his book entitled If Atok Ranggi spoke.
“We were forced to replace this character with Cikgu Melati, played by one of our staff,” he continued.
The series, which continues until its 19th season, was written by Hajah Ainon who also voices the character Opah, Upin & Ipin’s grandmother.Each story is designed to be easy to understand, but always filled with useful moral messages.
